Registration of outpatient, pre-admissions, and admissions to CarolinaEast Health System. - High School diploma with additional courses in medical terminology, bookkeeping, computer use, office machines and ability to work accurately with figures.
- Two years in a clerical health care setting preferred.
- Complete the nine (9) courses assigned for the Patient Registration Counselor within the registration education module.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
