Job Description

Lee Christian School is seeking a welcoming, organized, and relationship-focused Enrollment & Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective families. This individual will play a key role in guiding families through the admissions process while representing the mission and values of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist prospective students and families throughout the enrollment and admissions process. Promptly respond to inquiry emails and phone calls from prospective and current families. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current families. Coordinate admissions events, campus tours, testing and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate admissions records. Collaborate with school leadership and staff to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Communicate effectively with families, students, and the school community.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Relationship-focused with a heart for serving families. Experience in admissions, education, or office administration. Related degree preferred. Ability to work as a collaborative team player. Strong proficiency with technology and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Support for the mission, values, and statement of faith of Lee Christian School.
