ROLE SUMMARY
The Catalyst Coordinator is an experienced educator whose work focuses on building and refining educator practice in classroom management and instruction, with the primary indicator of success being learner behavior and engagement. The role supports the implementation and sustainability of the Catalyst Approach skills by supporting through coaching, consultation, and data collection to measure impact. This position also supports the implementation of research-based, high-impact instructional strategies across all tiered learning environments, with a focus on supporting Title I schools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates and coordinates professional learning (building-led, workshops, etc.). Supports implementation of the Catalyst program across partner schools. Develops and oversees Catalyst implementation and impact plans. Utilizes effective collaboration and communication skills to ensure program cohesiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in education is required. Minimum of 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience is preferred. Valid North Dakota Teaching License is preferred. Experience working in a Title I school is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of Catalyst Coaching experience is required. Experience beyond the Catalyst Whole Group Leadership training is required. Participant in the Catalyst Demonstration Project is required. Certification in the Catalyst Foundations is required. Demonstrated Knowledge and Operational Experience with: Applying knowledge of current research and instructional practices is required. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships is required. Effective communication skills (oral and written) are required. Data-based decision making is required. Organizational and multi-tasking skills is required.
