USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Keene State College is seeking a Camp Director to oversee, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a sport camp.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Emphasis on safety, daily participation, and health of all campers, coaches, trainer, and life guard
• Ordering all camp supplies, balls, camp T-shirts, coaches drifits, camper of week plaque
• Hiring professionally qualified and quality people to work the camp
• Market camp to local schools and communities
• Manage Camp Budget
• Communicate effectively with campers and staff
• Adhere to all KSC and state regulations regarding the operations of camps
• Implementing all camp activities
• Monitoring skill development and game play
• Addressing any problems promptly
• Being an enthusiastic motivator for all campers and coaches every day!
