The Education & Development Partner for Team Health, with oversight from the Director, Education, Development, and Special Projects (EDSP), assists with the division's education and development offerings. This position will work collaboratively with the Director to help implement an integrated approach to process improvement, education, certification, accreditation, grants, research, residencies, engagement, and awards.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare Strong training development and delivery abilities Proficient with Google Suite applications (Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Instructional design experience. Previous experience facilitating training in various methods (virtual, classroom, just-in-time). Proven project management skills. Previous Occupational Health experience
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
