This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape educational strategies, manage diverse teams, and foster an engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to managing projects, budgets, and curriculum development. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across departments, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences that inspire growth and achievement. Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs aligned with organizational goals. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Oversee curriculum development efforts, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging for diverse learner populations. Coordinate with university partners, research teams, and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings. Supervise administrative staff and teaching personnel, providing guidance on education administration and management best practices. Develop grant proposals to secure funding for new projects or program expansions; monitor grant compliance and reporting. Recruit, train, and evaluate educators and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching excellence. Provide academic advising and support to students while fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborate with research teams to incorporate evidence-based practices into curriculum design. Maintain comprehensive records related to program activities, budgets, staffing, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within educational settings or higher education institutions. Strong budgeting skills with experience managing financial resources for programs or initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in teaching at the university level or higher education environments. Exceptional writing skills for grant proposals, reports, curricula, and communications. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire collaboration. Background in education administration with experience overseeing curriculum development and academic programs. Familiarity with research methodologies relevant to educational settings. Experience recruiting staff or faculty members; working directly with students in academic advising roles is preferred. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
