Job Description
Rider University invites applications for an Assistant Registrar. The Assistant Registrar plays a critical role in supporting the academic mission of the University by managing and overseeing the processes related to new student registration and graduation. This position ensures that students experience a seamless transition into Rider and are accurately certified for graduation upon completion of their academic programs. The Assistant Registrar collaborates with academic departments, student services, and administrative offices to maintain compliance with institutional policies and external regulations, while providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff. For additional information regarding our Benefits visit Benefits | Rider University Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a registrar's office, student records, or academic services Knowledge of student information systems and FERPA regulations Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required Master's degree in higher education, business administration, or related field preferred Bilingual
