In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive student support programs, foster a vibrant campus community, and ensure that student needs are prioritized through strategic planning and innovative management. Duties Lead the design and execution of student support initiatives, including counseling, career services, extracurricular activities, and wellness programs to promote holistic student development Collaborate with university leadership to create policies that foster an inclusive campus environment and support diverse student populations. Oversee the management of data collection and analysis related to student satisfaction, retention rates, and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement efforts. Foster partnerships with community organizations, alumni, and industry stakeholders to expand opportunities for students beyond campus. Experience Proven management experience in higher education administration or related fields with a focus on student services or educational leadership A track record of fostering inclusive environments that promote diversity, equity, and access for all students.
