Job Description

Resume or Curriculum Vitae Optional Documents:
Professional References Directly assist Head Football Coach and General Manager with roster management, on campus recruiting, and football personnel matters. Assist the Director of Football Operations in organizing and implementing a plan of operations for travel, recruitment, and hosting prospects at home football games. Assist the Recruiting Coordinator with all on-campus recruiting activities Assist in developing and coordinating a plan for practice for managers, video and field assistants. Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of running the football program as requested to do so. Assist to monitor academic success of players in the football program. Plan and initiate strategies for the academic success of the players within the football program. Assist to develop and implement strategies for the recruitment and evaluation of prospects under the supervision of the General Manager to identify which prospects should be invited to campus for official and unofficial visits, and make decisions on which prospects should be considered for athletic scholarships. Responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures of the Department of Athletics, Monmouth University, and any applicable NCAA and Coastal Athletic Association Regulations. Work a varied schedule including game days and weekends. Team travel as needed. Other duties as assigned by Head Coach. Bachelor's Degree Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics, as well as athletic excellence A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years.
