Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the College of HEST scholarship process, including annual application, review, selection, award, and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with academic units and scholarship committees to ensure scholarship reviews and selections are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate updates or corrections to scholarship criteria and assist with improving college processes related to scholarships and foundation accounts.
- Track, submit, and monitor academic and student forms, including change of schedule, change of grade, course overloads, Incompletes, academic sanctions, course substitutions, degree-related documentation, and other academic requests.
- Support the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs through scheduling, meeting coordination, calendar support, document preparation, and tracking of academic requests and initiatives.
- Communicate information regarding academic processes, deadlines, procedures, and requirements to appropriate faculty, staff, and students.
- Assist with developing and improving procedures that increase the efficiency and consistency of academic processes across the college.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, special events, and other programs associated with the Academic Affairs team and the College of HEST.
- Support college student organizations, committees, and student engagement activities.
- Provide coordination and support for initiatives of the Dean's leadership team and other college priorities as needed.
- Maintain program records and assist with tracking activities, preparing reports, and assessing student support initiatives.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
