Job Summary:
Performs receptionist and secretarial duties in a patient care setting. Registers admissions when Registration Department is not available. Assists all departments to complete daily discharge chart requirements. Assist supervisor as needed with various assignments. Participates in performance improvement activities. In charge of CPSI ED log charges, daily/monthly statistics and order entry. Answers phones and assists customers or gets someone who can assist.

EDUCATION
Preferred:
High school diploma/GED TRAINING and
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Close and accurate attention to detail Courteous customer service skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Preferred:
Medical terminology knowledge Previous reception or secretarial experience
