Job Description
Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Manager, Medical Education to oversee the operational management and administration of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Department, including medical residency and fellowship programs. This role is responsible for ensuring all GME programs are administered in compliance with United Health Services (UHS) policies, Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations. The Manager, Medical Education serves as a key partner to program directors, faculty, residents, fellows, and institutional leadership, providing oversight of program operations, accreditation activities, regulatory compliance, budget administration, and program development initiatives. This position works collaboratively to support an exceptional learning environment, ensure program excellence, and advance the organization's commitment to physician education and workforce development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, support accreditation readiness, and drive continuous improvement across graduate medical education programs.

$33.63- $50.45 per hour, depending on experience
- Job Responsibilities Supervise Medical Education staff, including day-to-day oversight, performance management, professional development, evaluations, and employee relations matters.
Position Qualifications Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree in education, business, human services or other related field with 5+ years training and/or equivalent training/experience.Preferred:
