Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include:
  • Making phone calls and sending emails to update and confirm contact information, promote events and solicit Alumni for donations
  • Assisting in managing social media accounts and making social media content
  • Providing assistance in planning and executing Einstein events such as Reunion, Alumni Day, Parent & Family Day Program, On Becoming a Physician, Orientation, Career Speed Networking etc.
  • Organizing files, storage, and swag items
  • Designing flyers and marketing materials for events, invitations, logos, etc. (experience with Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. is a plus)
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be an Einstein College student In-person position Salary Verbiage In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed below. Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Minimum Salary Range USD $20.00/Hr. Maximum Salary Range USD $20.00/Hr.
ABOUT US
The Office of Alumni Relations is seeking enthusiastic students who have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and are comfortable speaking with donors and alumni. The Student Worker will assist the Alumni Relations team with events, communications, and database projects. This position offers a great opportunity to develop professional skills in communications, and it also offers the opportunity to build alumni connections. Flexible work hours are available and will be scheduled around the student's academic commitments.
Expectations:
Must be able to come into the office, located on the Block Building 7th Floor, a few hours a week. Must have some availability between 9am to 5pm during the week.
