This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives, coordinate educational activities, and support the growth of early childhood education programs. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking families, staff, and community partners, facilitating clear and compassionate communication. Coordinate educational programs, workshops, and activities tailored to the needs of diverse learners and their families. Supervise staff members involved in program delivery, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Develop and implement program plans that align with educational standards and community needs. Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. Oversee day-to-day operations within early childhood education centers or school settings, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards. Support personnel management in education by assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. Experience Proven experience in higher education teaching or school administration within early childhood or educational settings. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a school or childcare environment. Strong background in program development, curriculum planning, or education administration. Experience working with students of various ages, particularly in early childhood education centers or university programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software to streamline operations. Excellent writing skills for report generation, correspondence, and documentation purposes. Prior personnel management experience in education or childcare settings is highly desirable.
