On-site (In-person only) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to support end-to-end provider credentialing and privileging activities for medical staff and allied health professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with hospital bylaws, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory and accreditation standards while maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of credentialing records. Key Responsibilities Manage initial appointments, reappointments, and ongoing credentialing processes for healthcare providers Conduct primary source verification and credential audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee clinical privileging processes for medical staff and allied health professionals Utilize MDStaff credentialing software to track, monitor, and process credentialing activities Perform background checks and validate supporting documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements Interpret and apply accreditation standards, healthcare regulations, and hospital bylaws Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date provider credentialing files and databases Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulatory agencies and reporting standards Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient credentialing workflows and issue resolution Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in credentialing, privileging, or provider enrollment processes Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data management Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, accreditation, and compliance guidelines Experience working with credentialing systems or similar database platforms Familiarity with healthcare credentialing standards preferred Strong organizational and communication skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
