A Provost serves as chief academic officer at a college or university. Directly oversees the academic deans of various schools within a university system, as well as the heads of various interdisciplinary units and academic support functions, such as libraries, student services, the registrar, admissions, and IT. Reports in turn to the institution's chief executive officer or president. Responsible for oversight of all educational affairs and activities, including research and academic personnel.

Position Introduction:
The Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost seek an organized, collaborative staff member to join the Academic Personnel Records team. This position will interact frequently with departments under Academic Affairs, providing centralized customer service in the processing of their academic personnel transactions and management of the related relevant data within University policy. This position will report to the Director of the Academic Personnel Records. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree 12 months of related experience
Equivalency/Substitution:
