The College of Nursing is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-focused professional to serve in a key leadership support role within the Dean's office. This position plays an integral part in advancing the mission and vision of the college by supporting daily operations, strengthening internal and external communications, and helping foster a collaborative and student-centered academic environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about supporting higher education, student success, and organizational excellence. Working closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, and students, this role helps coordinate initiatives that contribute to the overall success and growth of the college. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This individual will regularly engage with a wide range of stakeholders and will serve as a trusted resource in supporting strategic initiatives, operational processes, and college-wide activities. A successful candidate will bring the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively across diverse groups. The role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs while contributing to a positive and productive culture. Experience supporting leadership, coordinating projects, and managing administrative processes in a professional environment will be highly valuable. In addition to supporting operational and strategic functions, this position contributes to initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and the overall experience of students, faculty, and staff. The individual in this role will help ensure that priorities and projects move forward efficiently while maintaining alignment with the college's goals and standards of excellence.
