JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining statistical data and maintaining all communication platforms for undergraduate admissions and recruitment. Compile and analyze data to support recruitment initiatives; support the Director of Admissions & Recruitment.
MAJOR DUTIES
Assists in the development of the university's recruitment targets, markets and goals. Serves as the undergraduate administrator for Radius. Manage recruitment communication to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives for prospective students. Contribute to the development and quality assurance of enrollment funnel reporting, integrate results into predictive modeling and performance reporting. Evaluates functionality of Radius, including operational and technical troubleshooting. Serves as the undergraduate administrator for Mongoose. Manage and coordinate two-way texting outreach to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives for current and prospective students. Manage Call Center. Plan and coordinate social media presence for undergraduate admissions and recruitment. Assists with training and onboarding of new admissions and recruitment staff. Supervises daily operations within the Communications area. Assists with planning, organizing, and supervising annual recruitment events. Gathers and maintains current knowledge of university programs and services. Assists in enrollment management efforts as needed. Serves on assigned committees. Performs related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION
Knowledge of higher education recruitment best practices. Knowledge of university admission processes, degree options, and housing procedures. Knowledge of university programs and services. Skill in the operation of computers and job related software programs. Skill in decision making and problem solving. Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public. Skill in oral and written communication.
COMPLEXITY/SCOPE OF WORK
The work consists of maintenance and development of all communication platforms for student recruitment and enrollment management reporting duties. The high volume of student contacts contributes to the complexity of the position. The purpose of this position is to recruit students for NSU through various communication strategies. Success in this position contributes to the successful recruitment of students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with two to three years experience or service in a university recruitment or admission office. Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Oklahoma for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and previous experience with Radius CRM preferred. Annual salary $43,896.00 with excellent benefits, including generous leave time.
