Job Description

STAFF:
EOSC Foundation Coordinator Description Eastern Oklahoma State College is a comprehensive community college providing instruction in a wide range of curricula.
Qualifications:
High School Degree Required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work related experience will be considered; Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel software; Self-motivated with creative vision, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment; Commitment to the mission of two-year colleges.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and report on all Foundation-related activities to the EOSC Foundation Board of Trustees; Track and administer scholarships, endowments and investments of the Eastern Oklahoma State College Foundation; Responsible for management of donor database ensuring all data contained within the database is accurate and reliable, build and generate queries, produce reports and lists as required. Maintain confidential files; Process all donations, event funds and program/athletic funds daily, adhering to all guidelines and policies. Perform research on prospective donors (corporate, individual, trusts) and potential grant funders (private and public); develop analytical reports. Assist in special projects and fundraising targeted by Eastern Oklahoma State College; Set a collaborative leadership example that will encourage cooperation and good working relationships with EOSC, within the Foundation Board of Trustees, EOSC supporters and alumni, and in the community; Organize and maintain master ledger of all gifts (cash, credit card, pledge and in-kind). Maintain a working knowledge of fundraising practices; Serve as recording secretary for EOSC Foundation Board of Trustees; Establish and maintain an effective customer service orientation toward all persons. Manage special projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
