This position is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in helping prospective students and families while developing customer service, communication, event support, and professional skills. ​ As an Admissions assistant , you will serve as a front-line representative of the Admissions Office and help create a positive experience for campus visitors. ​ Welcome prospective students, families, and visitors to the Bethlehem Campus. ​ Provide general information about admissions and the enrollment process. ​ Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department. ​ Assist with campus tours for prospective students and their families. ​ Support recruitment activities, including information sessions, campus tours, open houses, group visits, and college fairs. ​ Assist with event preparation, registration, check-in, and materials. ​ Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor. ​ Perform basic administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Admissions staff. ​ ​ Pay/Hours ​ ​ $12 - $1 6 an hour ​ Work hours will be scheduled around the student's availability and the needs of the Admissions Office. The primary need is coverage for campus tours on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Additional hours may include supporting recruitment events and other Admissions activities.
