JOB SUMMARY
To ensure programs meet the customer schedule and budgeted profit.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget). Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans. Establishes program organization and structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff). Maintains on-going communication with customers to accomplish program goals. Reviews and approves waivers, deviations prior to submittal to customer. Creates and manages program schedules. Communicates program status to rest of organization. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards. Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors. Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary. Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2-year college/university education (engineering or technical degree), or equivalent experience. 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
