Full-Time (Some evenings and weekends required) The Opportunity Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Assistant Director of Education for a career-focused postsecondary institution in Essington, PA. This leadership role supports academic operations, faculty development, student success initiatives, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with campus leadership to maintain educational quality and outcomes. The Work Support faculty, program chairs, and academic staff Assist with curriculum standards, instructional quality, and academic policies Monitor student progress, retention, attendance, and academic standing Support accreditation efforts, reporting, and regulatory compliance Assist with faculty development, training, and evaluation activities Collaborate with admissions and other departments to support student success Oversee academic records, documentation, and reporting processes Participate in planning, operational, and student-focused initiatives The Fit Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, academic operations, or training environments Prior teaching experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience supporting faculty, curriculum, or student success initiatives Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems If you have questions, reach out to Nicky at ninman@altostaffing.com Alto Healthcare Staffing is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
