What You'll Be Doing YTI Career Institute has an exciting leadership opportunity at its York, PA campus. As Campus Director of Operations & Education , you will provide strategic leadership for the overall campus, ensuring excellence in academic delivery, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and student outcomes. You will oversee campus operations while fostering a collaborative culture focused on student achievement, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Our York campus has a variety of programs ranging from allied health to trades. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all campus operations, including Education, Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Administrative functions. Recruit, hire, train, mentor, develop, and manage faculty and Education Department staff while fostering a collaborative, student-focused teaching environment. Partner closely with campus leadership across Admissions, Career Services, Educational Funding, Student Services, and other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional student experience. Lead and manage the daily operations of the campus, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, facilities, and operational planning. Ensure academic programs deliver high-quality, industry-relevant instruction while maintaining compliance with accreditor, state, federal, and institutional requirements. Oversee curriculum development, implementation, adaptation, and continuous improvement to align with workforce demands and institutional goals. Monitor instructional quality through classroom observations, faculty evaluations, and student feedback while supporting instructor development. Drive student success by monitoring academic progress, retention, attendance, graduation, and employment outcomes while implementing intervention strategies for at-risk students. Monitor campus performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to identify opportunities for operational and academic improvement. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, Title IV regulations, state licensing requirements, and institutional policies while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Lead campus meetings, communicate organizational initiatives, and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments. Represent the campus and organization within the local community by building relationships with employers, industry partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies. Demonstrate strong leadership while serving as the primary academic and operational leader for the campus and geographic region assigned.
