Admissions Director Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location:
Philadelphia metro area; on-site across Mi Casita Bebé, Mi Casita Ardmore, and Mi Casita Spring House (assigned schools may shift over time as the network of schools grows)Employment Type:

- not just generating applications, but actively partnering with Directors to convert families, close seats, and move each school toward capacity. Analyze pipeline and conversion data across the full sales funnel
- sales cycle length, and conversion rates both end-to-end and stage-to-stage
- to identify where and why leads are lost, and to understand what distinguishes schools that are full from those that aren't. Compensation Salary Range:
$60,000- $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$60,000.00- $84,500.
