- Help hundreds of students start careers they'll be proud of. Qualifications We're more interested in passion, leadership, and results than checking every box, but here's what will help you succeed:
- Experience leading admissions, recruiting, sales, or enrollment teams
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience coaching and developing people
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Edlumina, or similar)
- Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions
