Location of Position Remote Advertisement Text Position Purpose Reviews and evaluates applications to the MBA program at the Tuck School of Business. Serves as a member of the Admissions Committee. Strives to identify and enroll an outstanding and diverse class of students from a highly competitive applicant pool. Required Qualifications Experience and skill in a field or discipline that offers exposure to MBAs and preMBAs, for example, consulting, finance, marketing, etc.; or experience and skill in admissions or recruiting for organizations with similar institutional priorities and performance standards.
Bachelor's degree or other relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience.
Strong intuitive skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
Able to analyze and interpret data and make factbased recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and tracking skills.
Comfort using technology, computers, and databases.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals. Preferred Qualifications Graduate school level admissions experience, preferably an MBA, either working in admissions or as a graduate school applicant. FLSA NonExempt

Schedule This position runs September through April, averaging 1520 hours per week over the course of the assignment, with closer to 25 hours per week expected during peak reading periods in October, January, and February.
