Full-time - Temp to Hire Opportunity Enrollment Services Associate (Admissions | Sales-Focused) πŸ“ Boise, ID | πŸ•˜ Full-Time | On-Site Turn Conversations Into Enrollments Are you driven by goals, motivated by performance, and energized by helping people make life-changing decisions? We re seeking a sales-minded Enrollment Services Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective students toward enrollment. This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and relationship management ideal for candidates with admissions, inside sales, or call-center experience who enjoy closing the loop from first call to start date. What You ll Do Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students Lead structured, persuasive enrollment interviews Educate prospects on academic programs, career outcomes, student services, and financial considerations Assess candidate readiness and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment Consistently follow up to move candidates through the enrollment funnel Partner with Student Finance to remove barriers and close enrollments Meet or exceed individual enrollment, activity, and conversion goals Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM/student system Manage your pipeline to balance new interviews, follow-ups, and enrolled students Participate in enrollment reviews, forecasting, and performance coaching Build referral relationships and generate additional inquiries What Success Looks Like Strong outbound activity and consistent follow-up High conversion from interview to enrollment Accurate forecasting and clean documentation Positive student experience from first contact through start date Reliable achievement of individual performance goals What We re Looking For Associate degree required; Bachelor s degree preferred 3+ years of high-volume customer service, inside sales, admissions, or call-center experience Proven ability to influence decisions through consultative conversations Strong objection-handling and closing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred Why You ll Love This Role Performance-driven environment with clear goals and metrics Make a direct impact on students lives and career paths Fast-paced, team-oriented culture with daily collaboration Opportunities to grow professionally through coaching and development Additional Details On-site position in Boise, ID Background screening required Equal Opportunity Employer
