Job Description Summary:
The Seasonal Application Assistant is responsible for prepping, reviewing and evaluating applications for undergraduate and transfer admission based on established guidelines for domestic and international students.
Qualifications:
Possess strong attention to detail . Possess effective written and verbal communications skills. Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion. Ability to read efficiently and objectively while maintaining thorough documentation. Ability to meet determined deadlines. Possess strong technology skills. Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Preferably have prior experience in admissions or college counseling. Preferably experience in Slate CRM. Seasonal Application Assistants will assist the admission office in the assessment of secondary school curricula (domestic and international) , academic performance, standardized testing, essays, letters of recommendation, and other applicant submissions to prepare applications for review by the admission office . Seasonal Application Assistants will occasionally have the opportunity to review files and make preliminary admission recommendations. T raining and feedback is offered on an on-going basis.
Schedule:
The time commitment for this position is between 25-30 hours per week , beginning in October 2026 and concluding in March 2027. This is a remote position with the option to train in person.
Pay Structure:
Grade 3 ($17.61 to $21.13 per hour)
