Job Description
Bard College seeks a Senior Associate Director of Admission to join the Admission department. Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Senior Associate Director of Admission will serve as a key member of the admission and enrollment team with a focused recruiting territory of New York City, Long Island, and select other schools. Not only will this position be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of the strategy to recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students, but will also serve as a leader on the counseling team helping to instill best practices to achieve the goals of the College by building relationships with students, their families, school counselors, independent educational consultants (IEC), and other constituents. Fall recruitment takes place from September through November (sometimes starting in August) and spring recruitment takes place from March through May with occasional travel for fairs, trainings, and conferences during the summer months. This position can either be remote or on campus. Remote staff are often required to train on the Bard College campus in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY.
