  • Admissions Student Assistant, F26-S27 Reports to: Logan Harper, Senior Admissions Operations Coordinator Job Purpose The Admissions Student Assistant supports DigiPen's Admissions team.
Admissions is dedicated to sharing information about DigiPen with prospective students, families, and educators, along with spreading awareness about the institution to the general public. Student Assistants are an essential part of the Admissions team. The Admissions Student Assistant's primary role is to support the Admissions team's professional staff in an administrative capacity, including, but not limited to, tasks such as preparing print materials for distribution, tracking and maintaining inventory of Admissions materials, and assisting with the Admissions team's event and travel preparations. This is a great job with a flexible schedule for students looking to work in a fun and relatively fast-paced environment Essential Functions Fulfilling information requests via mail Restocking materials Event preparation Maintaining inventory Improving and simplifying processes Communicating task status Miscellaneous support Qualifications/Competencies Willingness to learn Attention to detail Reliability Efficiency Proactivity Ability to prioritize Willingness to seek out the correct solution Strong written and verbal skills Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Ability to memorize and repeat given tasks Accountable for tracking and reporting the amount of time worked Expected dates of employment: August 31, 2026
