Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming secondary school in Newport that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 throughout the next academic year. You could be:

Supporting a student who lacks confidence in the classroom Helping pupils with additional learning needs access lesson content Encouraging engagement and participation during lessons Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive learning environment Supporting small group intervention sessions Building positive relationships with young people who need an extra role model in school You'll become a familiar face that students trust and rely on throughout their school journey.
