Responsibilities:
Manage the admissions process from referral to admission Communicate with hospitals, referral sources, families, and internal teams Review referrals and coordinate admissions with the clinical team Build and maintain strong referral relationships Support census growth and ensure a smooth admissions experience
Qualifications:
