Cross Schools Director of Softball/Director of Baseball/Director of Girls Basketball / Head Varsity Coach Building an Elite Program Cross Schools (Bluffton, SC) is seeking three high-energy, visionary leaders to serve as the Director of the Softball Program, Director of the Baseball Program, and Director of the Girls Basketball Program & Head Varsity Coach in their respective sport. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire program at all levels (Varsity & MS) with a clear vision for growth, development, and sustained success
• Develop and execute a roadmap to establish Cross as an elite program
• Create a competitive, high-performance culture that attracts driven student-athletes and families
• Engage and lead a coaching staff that reinforces the program's vision and values
• Foster an environment of faith-based discipline and accountability across all levels
• Ensure academic excellence, supporting athletes in their main responsibilities as students first
• Actively engage with admissions and prospective families to grow and develop the program with mission-aligned student-athletes
• Develop players beyond the game, teaching leadership, character, and life skills that translate beyond the game
• Be a visible and active member of the school and local community, supporting its mission beyond athletics
