Marketing Full Job Description Position Summary:
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Join our dynamic team as an Admissions Assistant and play a vital role in the timely conversion of referrals to admissions, and facilitating an effective resident/patient admission process. They report to the Admissions director.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $21.00

Wage Commensuration:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Admissions Director with managing the admissions and inquiry process, conducting facility tours, ensuring appropriate admissions paperwork/ signatures are obtained prior to admitting new patients, and continuously maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintain a working knowledge of both Federal and State regulations and reimbursement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have a high school Diploma or equivalent G.E.D Must have 2+ years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment
  • long term care experience required Must possess knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing as well as knowledge of medical terminology (as to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other care givers within facility) Must have reliable transportation
