Job Description

Associate Director of Individual Services Are you passionate about helping students thrive academically, personally, and socially? Do you believe student well-being is essential to student success? Can you balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational excellence? Are you a collaborative leader who inspires teams to innovate and excel? We Have the Job for You! The Associate Director of Individual Services leads well-being initiatives focused on individual services. This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS, and Gamecock Recovery.
Primary duties include:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee day-to-day operations of the team providing individual services. Provide leadership and supervision to student and professional staff and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development. Manage, report, and publicize Student Well-being's progress toward the achievement of unit, divisional, and university objectives. Working closely with the department and leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with university, division, department, and unit priorities Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, university administrators, faculty, staff, and community partners.
