The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. That 5% would be 12,500 people for Jesus! Description Assist in eKids working with kids with special needs on Sunday mornings (birth-5th grade).

PART-TIME, 10-15 HOURS/WEEK

Responsibilities Assist in eKids working with kids with special needs on Sunday mornings (birth-5th grade). Flexible 3-5 hours during the week for training, preparation and communication. Recruit, train and schedule eKids Buddy Volunteer Team (eKids Buddies are volunteers assigned to assist eKids that need extra 1-on-1 help in eKids on Sunday mornings. Communicate and schedule with parents. Modify and prepare environments and curriculum. Communicate and collaborate weekly with the eKids and campus teams. Assist in planning, modifying, and facilitating eKids events. Other duties as assigned. Personal Qualities An authentic follower of Christ that is pursuing the Lord with his/her heart, mind, and soul. A life growing in all aspects of the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control). Involved in the heart and life of Embrace (events, activities, small group, etc). Entrepreneurial minded, with a passion to build relationships. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to create and foster a team environment and sense of unity among team members. Able to give and receive feedback in a healthy and productive way.
