Category Schools - Educational Diagnostician Job Type Contract Make a difference in students' academic journeys as an Educational Diagnostician. Full-time contract opportunities are available for professionals skilled in educational evaluation and ready to support elementary-aged learners. Contribute your expertise in conducting assessments and collaborating with educators, families, and specialists to help students access the resources and support they need.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician Proven experience evaluating students in elementary or K-12 settings Thorough knowledge of standardized assessments, IEP process, and compliance regulations Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to interpret data and articulate results in an accessible, confidential, and meaningful manner Flexibility and organizational skills to manage multiple evaluations in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for elementary students as referred Prepare detailed, timely evaluation reports outlining findings and recommendations Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings Consult with teachers, parents, and related service personnel to support students' learning plans Ensure all documentation meets district, state, and federal special education compliance standards Support a positive, student-focused culture within the elementary school environment This full-time, school-year contract position offers a fulfilling way to impact students' lives by identifying unique needs and fostering educational success.
