Within Maternal Services, the Maternal Program Development Manager will guide a dynamic women's health service line that spans obstetric triage, labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, newborn care, lactation services, perinatal education, and collaborative consults with OB/GYN. Grounded in evidence-based bundles and family-centered practices, the Maternal Program Development Manager will help elevate outcomes across the continuum while leveraging an extensive regional referral base, expansion projects, modernized birthing spaces, and data-driven improvement—supported by an extensive network and a reputation for recognized and awarded 5-star care that attracts patients, providers, and community trust.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership for Women's Services, the Maternal Program Development Manager will receive strong operational, clinical education, analytics, and project management support while partnering closely with service line executives, quality leaders, and physician champions. Day-to-day, the Maternal Program Development Manager will steward program development and strategic initiatives, standardize pathways for L&D, OB-ED, perinatal safety, and cesarean optimization, lead drills and simulation, and coach a friendly, team-oriented group of nurses and a diverse interprofessional cohort.
