Are you organized, outgoing, and motivated by creating connections and supporting growth? Edge Dance & Performing Arts Center is seeking a Director of First Impressions / Enrollment Coordinator to join our front office team. This is a vital position that combines customer service, administrative support, and enrollment management to ensure every student and family has an exceptional experience from their first phone call to their first day of class. Responsibilities Front Office & Customer Experience Be the welcoming face of the studio—greeting students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, answering questions about programs, schedules, and studio policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and reception area. Handle general office duties, including managing supplies, mail, and studio communication. Assist with special events, performances, and community outreach. Enrollment & Sales Coordination Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads from phone, email, and web sources. Schedule trial classes and follow up with families to encourage enrollment. Track and report lead conversions, enrollment trends, and retention efforts. Manage class rosters and waitlists through studio software (training provided). Support the studio's growth by helping to meet enrollment goals and maintaining strong relationships with families. Assist in promoting studio programs, events, and seasonal registrations through email, phone, and social media outreach. Work closely with the studio's leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve student retention and customer satisfaction. Administrative Support Coordinate and schedule meetings, fittings, and special events. Manage correspondence and maintain accurate student and financial records. Provide support to the management team with projects, reports, and communication. Help ensure all families receive timely and accurate information. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, sales, or enrollment coordination preferred. Must enjoy working with children and families in a busy, creative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable learning new systems. Friendly, professional, and dependable, with a team-player mindset. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends as required.
Details Hours:
Approximately 25-35 hours per week, plus special events. Evenings and weekends are required.Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Requirements:
