We educate and engage parents and caregivers to protect children from sexual abuse through community and online resources. We drive awareness to motivate individuals to take action against child sexual abuse. Job Duties The German Outreach Educator helps execute a comprehensive community education strategy for Saprea's community outreach team. This role is responsible for delivering the Community Education resource - an online training program that includes teaching classes, giving assignments and follow-up. The CE program is delivered through partnership fulfillment and leads generated through the website or other referrals. They will also assist with seeding our healing support groups and translation social media, as well as translating other assets when needed. Educational/Professional Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Fluent in written and spoken German and cultural nuances Experience Requirements Experience in teaching adults with strong emphasis in online course delivery Experience delivering training to and assessment for Community Educators Demonstrated leadership, relationship building, and community building experience Strong organizational skills Non-profit experience preferred Other Requirements and Responsibilities Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, problem-solving and people skills Ability to manage online education cohorts with strong teaching skills Ability to work independently Ability to work with diverse groups, including international audiences
