Job Description

Job Summary:
The Campus Director will provide leadership and direction for campus operations under the guidance of the School Director and Company President, ensuring effective daily management, regulatory and accreditation compliance, and balanced support of staff, students, and the broader community to promote operational success and sustainable growth.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Oversees the daily workflow of the campus. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Fosters a positive, professional, and welcoming campus environment that supports student, staff, and faculty engagement and overall institutional effectiveness. Represents the institution with professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions. Oversees campus operations to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements. Supports the efficient operation and continued growth of the campus while maintaining alignment with institutional standards and objectives. Utilizes and maintains proficiency in institutional systems, including student information systems, learning management platforms, and internal data systems. Ensures accurate use and maintenance of digital records and documentation across platforms. Serves as a primary point of contact between the School Director, faculty, and administrative staff, facilitating effective communication across the campus. Responds to inquiries and coordinates information flow through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Leads and facilitates regular administrative meetings to coordinate schedules, address operational needs, and resolve campus-related concerns. Communicates updates, challenges, and outcomes to the School Director. Oversees campus administrative functions to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Manages routine financial processes, including petty cash, deposits, and supply purchasing, in accordance with company policies and approval requirements. Supports accreditation efforts by assisting with self-evaluations, documentation, and data collection. Compiles and reports required program and campus data to support annual reporting and regulatory submissions. Gathers and organizes required data to support institutional reporting requirements, including annual campus reports. Identifies operational or compliance-related issues and communicates them to leadership along with recommended solutions. Supports the implementation of directives and completes additional duties as assigned by senior leadership. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and support a diverse student population. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of, and commitment to, upholding institutional policies and standards. Ability to support oversight of curriculum, faculty performance, student needs, and academic scheduling across multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to high standards of hygiene and presentation when interacting with the public.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. Current LMT of 10 or more years with at least 5 years teaching experience preferred. Previous administrative experience required. Basic proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, learning management systems such as CANVAS).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently.

$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
