DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
Noorda-COM | Provo, UT Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking to hire a strategic and hands-on Director of Admissions to lead and manage all aspects of admissions operations, recruitment initiatives, and enrollment processes. This role ensures a seamless, student-centered admissions experience while supporting institutional goals and mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day admissions operations, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and best practices Oversee application review, interview coordination, and admissions decision processes as a key Admissions Committee member Manage and develop a high-performing admissions team; set performance expectations and ensure exceptional service delivery Execute recruitment strategies, including local, regional, and national travel for events, fairs, and outreach Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline admissions, enrollment, and matriculation processes Monitor admissions data, generate reports, and provide insights on trends, yield, and performance metrics Support budget planning, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines Maintain strong relationships with pre-health advisors and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive admissions experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role Medical/health professions admissions experience preferred Strong knowledge of CRM systems, admissions processes, and data reporting tools Skills & Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Passion for medical education and student success Additional Requirements Commitment to ethical, holistic admissions practices and a student-centered approach
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
On-site, in office in Provo, UT Mon-Fri regular schedule with ability to travel regularly and work occasionally in the evening and on the weekend
