JOB SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator manages front desk operations for the Higher Education Department while serving as a key point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. This role focuses on building strong relationships and providing comprehensive information about departmental resources, programs, and services. Provides advanced administrative and clerical support to the Higher Education Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. Delivers direct student assistance with financial aid applications, scholarship searches, college admissions, and navigating enrollment processes.
COMPENSATION
$30.23 MINIMUM
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's Degree in Administration, Office Management, or related field. •Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Four (4) years of experience working in customer service. Four (4) years of experience working in an office environment. Four (4 ) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs. Four (4) years of experience working with confidential information. Three (3) years of experience working with tribal policies and procedures. Experience working with MUNIS financial software preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES WA
State Driver's License. (Personal Auto Insurance) Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required) Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
