The following duties include:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee the educational programs and curriculum to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to foster strong relationships and support student success
  • Monitor and evaluate the center's performance, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education administration Requirements are as follows:
  • Level 10 or higher on Registry
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for students
  • Must have patience and the ability to adjust to new settings
