Permit & Equipment Registration Specialist:
Manage permit applications, submissions, and approvals with local municipalities Process and complete equipment registrations with manufacturers Maintain accurate records of permits, registrations, warranties, and related documentation Keep accurate accounting of all permit and registration statuses in company systems Communicate with customers, manufacturers, municipalities, and internal teams regarding permit and registration requirements Success Measured by: 95% accuracy in permit and equipment registration records Timely submission and processing of permits with minimal delays to project schedules Accurate and complete equipment registrations submitted within required timeframes Maintenance of organized documentation and compliance records for all projects Effective communication and follow-up with municipalities, manufacturers, and internal departments Keep general cleanliness and organization of administrative files, records, and workspace
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
