KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Templeton Elementary to inspire young learners in a supportive, child-centered environment. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that nurture academic, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, assess student progress, and partner closely with families. Collaborating with a diverse, caring team, you'll help shape school culture while accessing ongoing professional development and opportunities for career advancement within KinderCare's nationwide network. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate, standards-based lessons for elementary students. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and administrators on curriculum and school initiatives. Implement classroom management strategies to support positive behavior. Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and hands-on learning. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and assessments. Support social-emotional development and foster positive peer relationships. Participate in professional development and continuous improvement efforts.
