Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract To Hire Exciting opportunities are available for passionate General Education Teachers ready to make a lasting impact in a vibrant school community near Newark, DE. We're seeking multiple educators to fill both general K-12 teaching roles and specific subject positions across Math, Science, Social Studies, ELA, Music, Art, English, and Foreign Languages. These roles are structured as contract-to-hire, offering the pathway from initial contract assignment to permanent placement after 60-90 days of exemplary service. These full-time positions, spanning the academic year from 8/31/26 to 6/11/27, present a fantastic opportunity to contribute to student success while advancing your teaching career within an inclusive, supportive environment.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Valid teaching license or certification (or eligibility to obtain) for K-12 education Demonstrated expertise in a core subject area (Math, Science, Social Studies, ELA) or related elective (Music, Art, English, Foreign Language) Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong classroom management and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment Ability to adapt instruction to support diverse student needs
