Perform professional duties in accordance with the established policies and procedures. Submit a complete proposal per class including proposed budget. Provide classroom instructions in accordance with stated objectives, and established course outline. Engage and interact effectively with students of all ages and abilities, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that course content is accessible and comprehensible for adult learners. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to create a positive and interactive classroom experience. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience or proficiency in proposed area of instruction. Successful completion of a criminal background check with fingerprinting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Professional attitude. Cultural awareness/sensitivity. Ability to work with others.
