Elementary Generalist K-6 Indiana's Early Literacy Endorsement requires teachers who teach retained grade 3 students to hold or be working toward the Early Literacy Endorsement to align with the science of reading standards for the 26-27 school year. This includes any Grade 3, MLL, Interventionist or Special Education Teacher that may work with retained grade 3 students. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience with highly effective or effective evaluation rating.
