Job Description

Social Studies Teacher Fountain Central Jr./Sr. High School Fountain Central Jr./Sr. High School is seeking a Social Studies teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The current teaching assignment includes two sections of 7th Grade Social Studies and four sections of 9th Grade World History & Civilization. The position is open to both internal and external candidates and will remain open until filled. Job Requirements Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, an appropriate Indiana Teaching License.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will:
exhibit strong organizational and communication skills integrate technology tools to enhance student learning demonstrate effective instructional strategies possess a solid understanding of Social Studies content maintain strong classroom management in a diverse learning environment communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs Application Process Applicants should submit the following materials to Mr.
